A Historical Summary

Group ‘fourwents’ was Founded in 1958 in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India. By Mr. S. N. Modak. In those days, ‘fourwents’ manufactured Different kinds of Spare Parts. In 1968, the production of spare parts for Textile Process machines, especially Clips and Pin Links, started.

Today, ‘fourwents’ had become a first tier supplier to leading manufacturers of stenter frames and textile processing mills in india and more than 30 countries in the world. ‘fourwents’ produces clips, pin links and chains to be used in tenter frames of all well known tenter manufacturers.

Our strength is not only the production of common designs, but also the development of completely new designs to gather all advantages for your benefit.

'FOURWENTS' Development

‘Fourwents’ produces numerous clips, pin links, transport pin plates, ring brushes etc. In several versions suitable to be used in stenter frames & merceriser machines of all major manufacturers.

The ‘fourwents’ replies to increasing challenges in the market are : modern engineering, analytical methods, new materials and state of the art manufacturing Technologies. To design a new product, we carry out an analysis of deformations and stresses by applying the "finite element method" (fem).

For first integration tests, we build three dimensional rapid prototypes directly from the cad-data. For your specific challenge , we would welcome the opportunity to create a customized solution.

A clever combination of different technologies such as precision die casting, sheet metal forming and screw machining, is our basis of cost minimized manufacturing. ‘fourwents’ keeps a high degree of flexibility. Our tools are mainly made at our tool shop, so we are able to quickly manufacture new Designs and special versions.
